如果自己的工程队，那么人工是25/square for addition；10/sq for 1 layer tearing off。如果3层layer 那么55/squre。
所以，有licensed，insured，and bonded的contractor，一般会报价 175-225/sq，depending on who u talk to。
最近实例。一个HOA要换roof，薯老爷不幸要凑份子。这个是HOA老爷们找来的关系户报价
1. We have received a bid to repair both which involves:
· Install 70 squares of roofing material.
· Install timberline 30 yr. shingles with limited lifetime warranty.
· Haul away all roofing debris.
· Install Ice and water shield on eves and around swamp coolers.
· Install synthetic felt underlayment on remainder of roof.
· Inspect all plywood for defective wood.
· Install new pipe boots (if needed).
· Install new turtle vents (if needed).
· Clean yard and surroundings for a professional shingle job.
The amount for said work is estimated at $57, 050.00.
